Start small, launch, then grow

An MVP should answer one question: will people use this and pay for it? We help you decide what goes into the first version and what can wait, so you launch sooner and spend the rest of your budget on what users actually ask for.

What we build

  • MVPs: the smallest version of your product that real users can sign up for and use.
  • SaaS platforms: multi-tenant web apps with accounts, teams, roles and permissions.
  • Subscriptions and billing: Stripe subscriptions, trials, plans and invoices, and in-app purchases on mobile.
  • Admin and analytics: the back office to manage customers, content and usage.
  • Mobile companions: iOS and Android apps that share the same accounts and APIs. See mobile app development.
  • AI features: search, summaries, assistants and automation where they help users. See AI development.

From prototype to product

Many founders arrive with a prototype built with no-code or AI tools such as Lovable or Bolt. That is a good way to test an idea. When it needs real users, payments and security, we work out with you what to keep and what to rebuild. Shielder started exactly that way. See software product rescue.

How we work with startups

  1. Scope the first version: a written list of features, ranked by what matters for launch.
  2. Design and architecture: built to start simple and grow without a rewrite.
  3. Build in increments: regular builds on a staging site you can click through and comment on.
  4. Launch, measure and improve: analytics from day one and a plan for the next release.

Technology

React, Next.js and TypeScript on the front end; Node.js, NestJS, Laravel or Python on the back end; PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Redis for data; Stripe for billing; AWS, GCP or Azure with Docker and CI/CD for hosting and releases.

SaaS work

Blueberry is an existing SaaS point-of-sale product; we traced a payment failure in production to a missing parameter, fixed it and migrated the fix to production. Shielder went from a broken, AI-generated prototype to a rebuilt product with an admin platform, iOS and Android apps and a web experience.

Frequently asked questions

What is an MVP?

A minimum viable product: the smallest version of a product that real users can use, built to learn whether the idea works before investing in everything else.

How much does it cost to build an MVP or SaaS product?

It depends on the number of features in the first version, the user roles, payments and integrations, and whether you need web, mobile or both. We help you cut the first version down to what matters, then give you a written estimate broken down by feature.

How long does it take to build an MVP?

A focused MVP usually takes weeks to a few months, depending on scope. Keeping the first version small is the most reliable way to launch sooner.

Can you turn our no-code or AI-built prototype into a real product?

Yes. We review what exists, keep what is sound and rebuild what isn’t, so the product is secure and reliable enough for paying users.

Do we own the code?

Yes. The code lives in your repositories and the product runs on accounts in your company’s name.
